Because our deck furniture (Tropitone) was pretty warn and tearing, I went looking for new furniture, but I couldn’t find anything I liked as much as our original furniture. At one of the outdoor furniture stores where I was looking, I was referred to Criterion. I quickly reached out to them and every step of the way was amazing. They quickly responded to questions. Their website was easy to use. They sent many samples for me to choose from (more than I had requested). Eventually we selected our colors/fabric, placed a down payment, and within a week or so our furniture was picked up. The furniture was refinished (sandblasting with repainting the hardware and new slings) over the Xmas holidays – we were in no hurry. After about a month, the furniture was delivered back to us. I was amazed at how good it looked – probably better than it did when we first purchased it! Every step of the way was easy, and we saved so much compared to buying new furniture. If I could give them more stars, I would! Can’t recommend them enough.
From the front office staff to the delivery men who picked up and returned our outside table and chairs, our entire experience with Criterion, Inc., was excellent. The refinished furniture looks brand new, and accents our back deck. Highly recommended in terms of quality of service, speed of delivery, and customer communication and care.
Over the past five years, I have used Criterion for outdoor furniture repair on three items. Their office staff and technical staff are friendly and knowledgeable. During my most recent visit, the pleasant gentleman who offered to help me unload my truck turned out to be the owner of the business. I recommend them highly!
Criterion was wonderful! They picked up my item to be repaired and I was so disappointed because I did not know they also could restore. The residential service rep called and said they would return to pick up the rest of the bed and repair & restore everything with no pick up charge. I also sent a second bed for restoration. These two beds were over 100 years old and they look wonderful. I got them back yesterday and I can’t say enough about the service this company provides. The delivery man said they repair anything made of metal. I am already looking for something else to have them fix and restore! 5 STARS!!!
Working with Criterion was a wonderful experience. They were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We had a large job done and each and every piece of furniture looks brand new and the color combinations are excellent. I could not be happier with the finish product and working with such a wonderful group of people.

Everything looks absolutely wonderful and I keep staring at them because they haven’t looked this good for year-in fact, I’m not sure they looked this good when they were new. I really like the little sliders they put on the bottom of all the pieces as well since they make sliding them infinitely easier than they had been! Thank you all so very much for bringing every piece back to life again! They really are wonderful and the work you all do is terrific!

We got our refurbished pool furniture back-it looks fabulous, kudos to your team! We had it restrapped, sandblasted, powder coated. Now we have our old but more solidly built furniture, renewed for some years to come-at less than the cost of buying new, less solid furniture.
